I’m Stevi Gerrior, Founder of Do Better Consulting
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across frontline services, advocacy, and systems-level change —supporting 2SLGBTQ+ youth, spending time in shelters and schools, and holding leadership roles in sexual health centres.
After years in larger, more inclusive communities, I returned home to Pictou County with a purpose: to help organizations, governments, non-profits, and communities move beyond performative inclusion and build systems that actually work in rural communities.
I don’t claim to have every answer — but I know the questions that lead to real change. I show up with honesty, humility, and a commitment to helping people do what they do — better.
