Community & Service-User Sessions

We create space for those most impacted by your organization to share their experiences.

Community and service-user sessions are not staff trainings or performance reviews. Instead, they allow the people you serve to reflect, speak honestly, and be heard — without being asked to explain, justify, or educate. 

The focus is on listening and understanding patterns of experience. 

We center the voices of community first, gathering and analyzing their feedback. Then we report back to you with what they experience when they access your organization.

The result is an honest understanding of how people experience your organization — not just how you intended it to work.

Staff Reflection
Sessions

We give your staff the confidence to talk openly about what they notice in their day-to-day work.

Staff Reflection Sessions are designed for the frontliners inside your organization.

They allow staff to compare notes, see patterns together, and identify where more support or training is needed across the organization. 

These sessions account for internal power dynamics and give staff room to name concerns they may not feel safe raising in front of leadership. 

The goal is shared understanding, and clearer language — especially where the reality of the work doesn’t match the values on paper.

Because the people working for you, often notice the gaps before you do. These sessions help organizations recognize patterns sooner so they can respond before small issues become big ones.

Facilitated Organizational Conversations

Some of the most honest work happens when organizations slow down, take a breath, and zoom out.

These facilitated conversations create structured space for leadership and staff to discuss whats happening inside the organization — what’s working, what’s been difficult, and in what areas of their work they may not yet feel equipt enough to handle just yet.

The goal is not shame or conflict.

Staff Training and Workshops

We host interactive learning sessions that help staff understand how their decisions shape the user experience.

Staff trainings and workshops create space for real questions, discuss uncomfortable truths, and consider how their roles and everyday decisions affect safety and access.  

We focus on impact, responsibility, and building habits of care that can carry into day-to-day practice. 

Because harm often happens in the moments where people hesitate, make assumptions, or don’t know how to respond. 

A single workshop won’t fix everything. 

But it can change what people notice and how they respond afterward.
